About Me
I was born in an orphanage in Dhaka, Bangaldesh. Being an international adoptee has led to a lifetime struggle with trauma, attachment wounding, and displacement from homeland. I am also AuDHD (autistic and ADHD) and have other mental health challenges. My long journey in therapy as a client led to me wanting to be a therapist to help others. I am BIPOC and agender, and I strive to create inclusive spaces for all.
My Approach
I maintain a person-centered approach as I integrate various modalities that suit each client. I believe each person is the expert on themself and work collaboratively to highlight behavioral patterns, elicit new awareness, and increase coping tools and resiliency.
